Who I Am
As a passionate motivational speaker, I dedicate my life to empowering individuals to achieve their dreams. My journey has been filled with challenges, and I use those experiences to inspire others to overcome their own obstacles.

The best part of life is the journey, and ours has lasted almost 50 years!
I am a LOT YOUNGER here, but then most of these youngsters are turning a LOT OLDER too! This exceptional group of individuals was the last group of staff and colleagues I worked with before retiring from my academic position with a large Texas University on August 31, 2018. We were a well-presented crew, and part of the Dean's staff, including the Information Technology Group.
My wife and I had the privilege of spending time with these youngsters both on and off campus. One of my favorite customs as their Manager was to attend their graduation when they completed their degree plans.
It allowed us to meet family and friends and to tout their accomplishments within our IT organization. Imagine our surprise when I arrived for my graduation ceremony after completing my Doctorate (yes, I spent a lot of years earning four college degrees!) to see the smiling faces of these t
During our second visit to the Ramsey Campus for a business seminar, my wife and I had the opportunity to have our picture taken on the Ramsey Show meet-and-greet stage. This is where Dave Ramsey himself meets and greets members of the Ramsey Show audience during weekly live recording sessions.
I was privileged to find myself in the company of so very powerful, heavy hitting coaches during the last business conference attended at Ramsey Campus in 2024.
Among those in this circle include Justin Weaver, one of the Ramsey Sernior Coaches, and Laura Sexton, my mentor, personal Coach, and fellow Ramsey Preferred Coach.
These are the conversations that build dreams into realities, and hopes into success.
This is the pinnacle of my visit to the Ramsey Campus. The studio was quite, Dave was downstairs mingling with other coaches, and myself along with several hundred other Ramsey Preferred Coaches, slipped into the The Ramsey Show Studio to sit in Dave Ramsey's Chair.
This is a moment that will be a fond memory, and great motivation for years to come.
